I'm Jake Trinder. I started Views To Clients at 18 from Newcastle UK and run it day-to-day. We're a small remote team — researchers, strategists, editors, thumbnail designers, senior YouTube operators — running 50+ client channels with $50k+/month invested in research systems most agencies don't even know exist.
We move fast and we ship fast. We hire people who take ownership and operate at our pace. The person we hire for this role works close to the senior team, sees the full pipeline, and owns the quality bar across every video that ships.
We ship 100+ videos a month across 50+ client channels. Every one of them has to land. Pacing. Audio. Visuals. Captions. Hooks. Logic. If it's off by a frame, you catch it. If a beat sits half a second too long, you catch it. If a caption has a typo on screen for 3 seconds, you catch it.
Day to day:
We don't want videos that look fine. We want videos that perform. Videos that pull millions of views, generate millions in client revenue, and put our clients at #1 in their niche. You're the person who makes sure nothing slips through.
Background isn't the filter. Editing, producing, running channels, video QA, even just being scarily into the platform — all valid. What matters is taste and how deep your YouTube knowledge runs.
Single frame off, one word misspelled, a beat that sits half a second too long — these things bother you. You can't unsee them.
You know what makes a hook work. You know what pulls retention. You know the difference between content built for entertainment and content built for views.
You work Saturday and Sunday with two weekdays off in exchange. Existing team covers Mon–Fri.
We give a lot of ownership. You won't be hand-held. If projects run over, you handle them. You ship on time, every time.
The editors you're reviewing are talented. They need direct, actionable feedback. No vague "this feels off" notes.
The role requires it.
We did $150k MRR in February. We did $335k in March — more than doubled in 30 days. We're targeting $500k by summer and $1M/month by year-end. The earlier you're in, the bigger the salary and responsibility growth ahead of you.
Other things you get: Ownership of the quality bar across 50+ channels (no micromanagement). Direct mentorship from the senior team. Tight feedback loops to sharpen your YouTube knowledge. Real impact — the videos you sign off on get seen by millions and drive real revenue for our clients.
If you're scarily obsessive about YouTube quality and you're up for weekends, we want to hear from you.
